葡萄糖代谢(Glucose Metabolism)是生物利用葡萄糖维持生命活动的核心过程,分糖酵解、三羧酸循环、氧化磷酸化等核心通路,正常细胞有氧时优先通过氧化磷酸化高效产ATP,无氧则依赖糖酵解。癌细胞常出现“沃伯格效应”,有氧时仍以糖酵解为主,还增强磷酸戊糖途径等分支,满足增殖需求,这一异常由癌基因、抑癌基因及微环境调控,是癌症研究与治疗的重要靶点[1,2]。
