核苷酸代谢(Nucleotide Metabolism)是细胞增殖的核心环节,为DNA复制、RNA合成及核糖体生物发生提供必需原料。其合成路径高度依赖多种代谢来源,如核糖-5-磷酸来自磷酸戊糖途径,碳氮元素来自氨基酸。该途径含多种抗癌药的重要作用靶点[1,2]
