体外研究 (In Vitro)	Benzalkonium chloride latanoprost (BAK-latanoprost) 和 0.02% BAK 诱导根尖层细胞凋亡，与细胞活力显著降低相关。无防腐剂 Latanoprost (PF-latanoprost) 可轻微降低细胞活力，浅层可见少量凋亡细胞，与 PBS 相比无统计学意义 ^[2]。与对照组相比 0.1 μM Latanoprost 可显著提高细胞活力，0.1 μM Latanoprost 与 ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) 相似具有明显促进神经突生长作用，同时可提高 p-Akt 和 p-mTOR 的表达水平。Latanoprost 也可通过 FP 受体介导的 PI3K-Akt-mTOR 信号通路促进神经突生长 ^[3]。 Latanoprost (0.03 或 0.3 μg/mL) 和 Bimatoprost 分别使人 CBSM 细胞中 MMP-9 活性提高 75%±27% 和 75%±24% ^[4]。
体内研究 (In Vivo)	单滴 Latanoprost 会导致明显的瞳孔缩小，周围虹膜前弯曲，虹膜角膜角变窄，比格犬的前房变浅。使用 Latanoprost 后，瞳孔直径、ACA 和 AOD (平均值) 分别下降 84%、14% 和 16% ^[5]。
