体外研究 (In Vitro)	Doxycycline hyclate (0-250 μM, 72 h) 可抑制乳腺癌细胞的活力 ^[1]。 Doxycycline hyclate 仅在高浓度下影响神经胶质瘤细胞的生长 ^[2]。 Doxycycline hyclate 在 SVG 细胞中以 1 µg/mL 或更高浓度降低 MT-CO1 蛋白含量 ^[2]。 Doxycycline hyclate (1 µg/mL) 在 H23 细胞中诱导短发夹 RNA (shRNA) 表达 ^[3]。
体内研究 (In Vivo)	Doxycycline hyclate 会使43%口服治疗的老鼠得到预防，相比而言，缓释的 doxycycline hyclate 能够完全保护小鼠免受感染和由感染引起的病理 ^[4] 。 Doxycycline hyclate 生物利用度为70％，Cmin 为 1 mg/L，Cmax 为2.3 mg/L ，在具有未成熟的瘤胃功能的小牛体内，半衰期为7个小时 ^[5]。 Doxycycline hyclate（口服；200 或 800 mg/kg/天；一天一次；3 个月）以剂量依赖性方式降低未治疗 HT 小鼠的 MMP-9活性 ^[6]。
