神经元信号传导(Neuronal Signaling)是神经系统信息传递、处理与整合的核心,支撑从突触传递到认知功能的各类神经活动。其核心传递模式分为快速突触传递与慢速神经调节。关键分子机制涉及SNARE复合体介导的突触囊泡释放、Ca2+作为核心信使及受体下游通路调控。生理上,它支撑信息编码、突触可塑性与网络稳态;病理上,其异常是神经退行性疾病、精神疾病的核心诱因,也是药物研发的关键靶点[1,2]。
